Mr Aladin graduated from Nottingham Medical School in 1995 and trained on the Nottingham Trent Orthopaedic training programme starting in 2002. During his specialty training he undertook a year of sub-specialist training in Auckland, New Zealand, with a leading revision hip and knee surgeon, and further advanced training in Nottingham. He was appointed as a consultant orthopaedic and trauma surgeon in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in hip and knee replacement surgery, including complex and revision procedures.

Mr Aladin engages in continuous professional development through regular attendance at national and international orthopaedic conferences and educational meetings, supporting an up-to-date clinical practice. His focus remains primarily clinical.
