Orthopaedic Surgery

Orthopaedics is the treatment of bones and joints following trauma or disease. X-ray, CT scan, MRI and arthroscopy are tools commonly used in the investigation of joint disease.

Orthopaedic surgeons often specialise in one area of orthopaedics.

For example:

  • Hand surgery- including carpel tunnel release
  • Shoulder and elbow surgery
  • Foot and ankle surgery
  • Knee surgery
  • Hip surgery
  • Spine surgery
  • Sports medicine

Please note that we only perform the initial consultation at the Nottingham Road Clinic, surgery will be arranged at different premises.
