Reveal younger-looking skin with anti-ageing skin peels, which smooth and soften the skin, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Anti-ageing skin peels are formulated to remove the dead cells that cover the top layer of the epidermis.

How does an anti-ageing peel work?
The anti-ageing peel penetrates the outer layer of the skin to remove dead cells. After the treatment, new skin cells emerge. These improve the appearance of the skin, making it look smoother, less wrinkled and more radiant.
Is the treatment painful?
Some patients experience a burning sensation that can last up to ten minutes. Ice packs or cold compresses may be applied to lessen the pain, but we advise you to take an over-the-counter pain medicine if you experience pain after treatment involving deeper peels.
What are the side effects of using anti-ageing peels?
Phytopeel, for example, could cause a little redness which would disappear very quickly.
Peeling of dead skin or scaling might also occur for a few days after the treatment.
What precautions should be taken before and after the anti-ageing treatment?
Retin A, Renova, Tretinoin and Retinol should not be used for at least seven days before or after the treatment. You are advised to avoid direct sunlight.
Do Phytopeel and other skin peels risk causing premature skin ageing?
Not at all. In fact, they help to reduce premature ageing, wrinkles, sunburn, acne, and skin discolouration.
